Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chop
- 1 cup yellow pepper, chop
- 3 garlic cloves, mince
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2-2 tsp dried onion
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 30 o black beans, rinse
- 2 1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- 16 oz pumpkin
- 14 oz diced tomatos
- 3 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil for 8 minutes, or until soft
2. Stir in spices. Cook 1 minute. Transfer to cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cook 7-8 hours
