Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

  • 1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped.
  • 1 packaged (300g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained.
  • 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated, fresh parmesan cheese


Servings 3


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well.

Place mixture in baking dish, spreading evenly.

Bake 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.

**Great to serve with chips, vegetables or breads.
