Ingredients
- Salisbury Superb
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 jars beef mushroom gravy
- 6 to 9 slices of bacon
- Gravy
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 burgundy wine (can use cooking wine)
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon & set aside
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg & 1/3 jar gravy
Form into patties sprinkle with garlic powder
Fry in bacon grease until brown
Place in a 13x9 pan
Mix remaining gravy, water, wine & marjoram
Pour over patties
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve over wide egg noodles
