Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate wafers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Fill
- 2/3 cup milk
- 24 large marshmallows
- 2 oz creme de menthe
- 1 oz creme de cocoa
- 1 / pint whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Press into pie pan; cool
OR, buy readymade chocolate pie shell
Scald milk in double boiler. Add marshmallows and melt.
Cool to room temperature. Add creme de menthe, creme de cocoa. To this mixture, add 1/2 pint creme whipped. Fold in.
Freeze
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
