Hot Crabmeat Canapes

  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1 (5oz.) jar Old English cheese (room temperature)
  • 1.5 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (7 oz.) can lump crabmeat, drained (or shrimp, chopped)
  • 6 English muffins



Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in double boiler (or microwave to melt cheese. Add crabmeat last. Spread on muffin halves. Freeze. When ready to serve, bake on cookie sheet at 350º until bubbly.
