Ingredients
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Cinnamon
- Graham cracker crumbs for crust
- Melted butter for crust
Preparation
Step 1
For crust mix the graham cracker crumbs & melted butter and press into pie pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix EGG YOLKS, cottage cheese, flour, salt, vanilla & re. sugar together.
In seperate bowl beat egg WHITES & confectioners sugar together for about 2-3 min. Pour into cottage cheese mixture. Stir well. Then pour into graham cracker crust pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Bake approx. 45 min or till light brown on top.
