Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix
- 3-4 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or Fontina cheese
Preparation
Step 1
COOK rice according to package directions. Combine rice and next 10 ingredients; spoon into a shallow 3 quart dish. Top with cheese.
BAKE at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
