Cheese Ring

Ingredients

• 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 lb. med cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 tsp. red pepper (less is better)
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine. Spray mold with Pam. Press into mold and chill. Serve with strawberry preserves and Wheat Thins.
