Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups frozen Tater Tots ( or go all the way around the pan and criss-cross the casserole

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat.

Stir soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes around edge of casserole.
Criss-cross potatoes over the top of casserole.

Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
