Preparation

Step 1

Spray pinecones with gold metallic craft paint; dry completely

Using a cotton swab or small paint brush, dab inside edges of pinecone with clear-drying glue

Sprinkle with ground cloves or cinnamon. Tap off excess spice

Let dry and arrange in a basket. Decorate with colorful ribbon or greenery.
