Potato Soup II

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 chicken bullion cubes
  • parsley
  • basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes and all ingredients (except milk) in large pot, just covered with water. Add milk when potatoes are tender. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
