  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • or sliced cauliflowerets
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped yellow or red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 14 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs

Step 1

Directions
1. Heat oven to 400~ Spray pie plate, 9× 11/4 inches,
with cooking spray. Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired)
to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add broccoli; cover
and heat to boiling. Cook about 5 minutes or until
almost tender; drain thoroughly.
2. Mix broccoli, onion, bell pepper and cheese in
pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden
brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
High Altitude 13500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 425~
Bake about 30 minutes
