Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 1 ½ Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 ¼ cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- juice & rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine & sugar, add grated lemon rind. Beat in egg yolks & flour. Gradually add lemon juice & milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Set pudding in a pan of hot water & bake until thickened.
