Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked miute rice
- 1 tbl oil
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in hot oil. 5 minutes on each side or until done in lrg nonstick skillet, Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan.
Add soup and water to pan. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Top with chicken. cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir.
