Ingredients
- Place the Following Ingredients in Paper Sack:
- 1/4 C Crisco
- 2-2 1/2 Lb. Frying Chicken (Quartered)
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven 425. Melt Crisco in Shallow Pan in Oven.
Wash & Dry Chicken. Place Quartered Chicken into Sack & Shake.
Arrange Floured Chicken Skin side Down in Single Layer.
Bake 45 Mins. turn Skin side up & Continue Baking about 15 Mins. until Tender. (Sharyn Cervay)
