  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grs. caster sugar
  • 50 grs melted. margarine
  • 1 lemon (the juice and the grated peel)
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar glass
  • 30 cl. milk

Preparation

Method
Preheat the oven at 170° C.
Separate the yellows from the white eggs. In a medium bowl beat the yellow with 50 grs. sugar until are bubble and white. Add the melted margarine and the lemon juice.
Add the flour and milk mixing well.
Whipp the whites until are firm and add the remained sugar.
Add this merengue slowly to the batter.
Empty the batter in a greased soufflé mold or similar.
Place in the oven about 15/20 minutes, the souflee will be golden .
let chill and powder with sugar glass.
Is nice with vanilla Ice cream and some berries.
