Ingredients
- 3 oz. cooked crabmeat
- 1 Tbsp. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. diced onion
- 2 tsp. low-cal mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 sliced reduced calorie whole wheat bread
- 3/4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread & cheese.
Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread. Place on broiler pan; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
