TWO PART RECIPE CRUST AND FILLING

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 C Flour
  • 5 TBSP Powder Sugar
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • FILLING:
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C Rhubarb Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:
Mix together as for pie crust. Pat into a cold 9 X 13" pan. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES.
FILLING:
Combine and pour over crust. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
