Powdered Sugar Pound Cakes

- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray each well of Floral Bakeware Cupcake pan with baking spray.
Combine butter & powdered sugar. Beat on high w/electric mixer until mixture is fluffy, about 2 min. On med speed, add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in sour cream & vanilla. In sm bowl, combine flour, baking soda & salt. Stir flour mixture into sour cream mixture until just incorporated.
Using lg scoop, place 1 level scoop of batter into each well of pan. Bake 18-22 min or until light golden brown. Remove from oven, cool 5 min in pan, Carefully invert cakes onto cooling rack; cool completely. Glaze cakes if desired.
