- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, whisked separately
- 1 teaspoon italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, or 1/4 cup measure, form mixture into small patties and place on a parchment or silpat-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip the patties over, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
