Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- Thinly sliced boneless chicken breast
- Flour
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice,divided
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 stick butter

Step 1
Mix flour, paprika and garlic powder. Mix egg and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then flour mixture. Saute for 6 minutes on each side in butter. Dissolve chicken bullion cubes in hot water. Add 3 Tbsp lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this over chicken and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
