Ingredients
- Mix well, yellow cake mix; 1/2 Cup soft butter; 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon.
- Set aside 1/3 cup for topping. Pat rest into a 9X13 pan.
- Slice 2 apples thinly over cake mix.
- Beat 1 egg well and add 1 cup sour cream. Spoon over apples.
Preparation

Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 350* for 25 – 30 minutes.
Cool throughly before cutting.
Cut with wet knife.
