Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter room temp
• 1/2 cup creamy or chuncky p butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• plus 3 tablespoons
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg slighlty beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 jar of you favorite jam

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the butter and peanut butter until fluffy
add 1/4 cup sugar and brown sugar and beat until smooth.
beat in the egg and vanilla
combine flour, baking soda and salt and sift into pbutter mixture, mix until uniform and smooth.

pull pieces pf dough and roll between your hands to form 1 inch balls roll balls in remaining sugar.

place cookie balls on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inch apart make a indentation on each ball with your thumb or spoon. fill the indendation with 1/4 tsp jam
