Ingredients
- 3 c grated carrots
- 2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c corn oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 c chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs. Add the next 5 ingredients. Add carrots and nuts. Pour batter into 3 greased 8" round layer cake pans, which have been fitted with wax paper. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
