    c sugar

  • 1 1/2

    c corn oil

  • 4

    eggs

  • 2

    c flour

  • 2

    t baking soda

  • 2

    t baking powder

  • 2

    t cinnamon

  • 1

    t salt

  • 1

    c chopped nuts

Directions

Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs. Add the next 5 ingredients. Add carrots and nuts. Pour batter into 3 greased 8" round layer cake pans, which have been fitted with wax paper. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
