Ingredients
- 4 cans pink salmon, drained and de-boned
- 4 bunches scallions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1-2 tablespoons dill weed
- 1-2 teaspoons onion powder
- red tobacco sauce to taste
- ketchup
- mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour before forming patties.
