My Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 cans pink salmon, drained and de-boned
  • 4 bunches scallions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1-2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1-2 teaspoons onion powder
  • red tobacco sauce to taste
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour before forming patties.
