Veg and lentil soup

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion cut up
- 1 cup dry green lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1 lb small mushrooms
- 4 med carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 14oz can veg broth
- 1/4 head napa cabbage sliced into strips

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and add onions sweat them.
Add lentils and cook 1 min
Add mushrooms,carrot,celery, water,broth,
salt and pepper Bring to boil and simmer for 25 mins until lentils cooked
Divide between bowl and top with cabbage.
