Gingerbread Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Molasses
  • 1 Stick of Butter, Melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin, molasses, and melted butter. Stir into dry mixture until just moistened. DO NOT OVERSTIR!
