Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen peeled and deveined lg. shrimp
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 T. water
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
- French bread
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Sprinkle salt over shrimp. In a 10" skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp, water, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat, shaking pan constantly, for 1-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. If desired, season to taste with additional freshly ground pepper. Serve with French bread for dipping sauce.
