Sour Cream Rolls-Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Spray mini muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together butter, sour cream, and flour. Drop by heaping tablespoons into prepared mini muffin cups.
3. Bake until rolls begin to brown, approximately 15 minutes.
