  • 2 cups cooked (cut-up) chicken (3 boneless halves)
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple drained - 8 oz can
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Directions:

Ingredients can be prepared ahead. Mix in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Top with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Bake until heated thru about 20 to 25 minutes.
