- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 cups Roasted Sweet Potatoees (Schwan's)
- thawed and pureed
- pecan pieces

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
Mix together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and
nutmeg in a blender or food processor.
2. Add sweet potatoes and bend until mixtures is
smooth.
3. Pour mixture into casserole dish sprayed with
cooking oil.
Top with pecans.
Bake 45-50 minlutes or until mixture has set.
