Candied Sweet Potato Souffle

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 cups Roasted Sweet Potatoees (Schwan's)
  • thawed and pureed
  • pecan pieces

Step 1
