Ingredients
- 1 boneless beef sirloin roast (about 3 pounds)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can or jar of peppers of your choice(save juice for later use if needed)
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 12 crusty roll (5 inch)
Preparation
Step 1
Place beef in slow cooker. In a small bowl combine the water, peppers, and dressing mix; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Remove beef and shred using with two forks. Skim the fat off of the top of the juice.
***If you want to moistened you meat more after shredding you can pour a little bit of your pepper juice in with the meat.
