hot fudge cake

Ingredients

• non stick cooking spray
• 2 - qt stainless steel bowl
• 1 box choc fudge cakee mix
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

apply spray to bowl
place all ingredients except water, into food processor; mix until smooth and stransfer to bowl
pour water into pressure cooker and place bowl in water; secure lid- set to meat timer to 30 min- invert when cooking is complete
