  • 8 cups tomato
  • 4 chopped cubanelle peppers
  • 2 cups onions
  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sweet red pepper
  • 1 cup jalapeňo peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can tomato paste (add more for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
