Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp dried sage
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all spices. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months. Pat about 2 Tbsp into each pound of meat, fish, or vegetables. For major flavor, refrigerate a few hours before cooking.
Best for shrimp, striped bass, lamb chops, boneless chicken breasts, turkey cutlets, zucchini
