  • 1 # cut up veggies – spinach, broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers and onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 c marinara sauce
  • 2 T olive relish
  • 2 T sun dried tomato bits
  • 1 Boboli whole wheat thin-crust pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese



Step 1

1. Heat oven to 425. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Add vegetables and garlic; stir fry 2 to 5 min. until veggies are tender crisp. Season with salt and pepper
2. Mix marinara sauce, relish and tomato bits. Spread over crust, top with veggies and cheese
3. Bake directly on oven rack 10 to 15 min. or until crust golden brown.
