Ranch Baked Quesadillas

Ingredients

• 1 c strips of cooked chicken or steak
• 1 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 c ranch dressing
• 1/4 c diced green chilies, rinsed and drained
• 4 flour tortillas
• Salsa and guacamole

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine meat, cheese, dressing and chilies in a med. bowl. Place about ½ c mixture on each tortilla, fold in half to seal
2. Place quesadillas on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min. or until cheese is melted
