Ingredients

  • Combine:
  • Toss the following ingredients, place on jelly roll pan and roast for 15 min.
  • 1 # green beans
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c flat leaf parsley – finely chopped
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper

Step 1

Place salmon on foil lined jelly roll pan. Brush 3 T dijonnaise on top of fish and press even layer of panko mixture on top. Roast both fish and green beans 12 min. or until fish ust turns opaque.
