Ingredients
- Combine:
- Toss the following ingredients, place on jelly roll pan and roast for 15 min.
- 1 # green beans
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 c flat leaf parsley – finely chopped
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon on foil lined jelly roll pan. Brush 3 T dijonnaise on top of fish and press even layer of panko mixture on top. Roast both fish and green beans 12 min. or until fish ust turns opaque.
