Ingredients

    med. shrimp, peeled and chopped

  • 4

    oz. chicken, diced

  • 1

    T creole seasong

  • 2

    T olive oil

  • ¼

    c onion, chopped

  • ¼

    c green pepper, chopped

  • ¼

    c. celery, chopped

  • 2

    T garlic, chopped

  • ½

    c tomatoes, chopped

  • 3

    bay leaves

  • 1

    tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    tsp hot sauce

  • ¾

    c rice

  • 3

    c chicken stock

  • 5

    oz andouille sausage, slice

Directions

1. In bowl combine shrimp, chicken, Creole seasoning and coat well. 2. In large saucepan, heat oil over high heat with onion, pepper, and celery – 3 min. Add garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, Worcestershire and hot sauce. 3. Stir in rice and slowly add broth. Reduce heat and cook until rice absorbs liquid and becomes tender, about 15 min. When rice is just tender add shrimp and chicken mixture and sausage. Cook until meat is done about 10 min. more. Season to taste
