Mahi-Mahi w/Crab Imperial

Ingredients

  • 6 10oz mahi mahi filets
  • 6 shrimp, steamed
  • 1 # crabmeat
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red & yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T mustard
  • Old Bay seasoning to taste

Preparation

Step 1


1. Chop and sauté veggies in 3 T butter until soft. Remove & cool
2. Combine with remaining ingredients, except shrimp & fish.
3. Bake crab mixture in 450 oven until lightly browned & puffed.
4. Coat fish with a mixture of garlic, lime and butter and grill until done.
5. Place fillet on plate & top with Crab imperial. Garnish with a shrimp and serve with rice and green vegetable
