Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
- 1 lb. Italian sausage or turkey sausage
- 1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 2 eggs or egg beaters
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Fry sausage until brown. Drain and cool. Mix in cheese, spices and one well beaten egg. Let sit while you roll bread dough to approximately 10 x 16.
Place sausage mixture on dough and roll up from long side. Form ring and seal. Make cuts 1 - 1-1/2 inches apart on top. Beat egg and brush on top. Let rise until double in size (about 35- 40 minutes) Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
