Fudge:Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 C. sugar
  • 1 C. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 C. margarine
  • 1 C. peanut butter
  • 1 C. marshmallow creme

Preparation

Step 1

1) Line a 9X13 in pan with foil or parchment paper.

2) In medium sauce pan combine the sugar, evaporated milk and butter; cook over medium heat. Stir frequently until it comes to a boil.

3) Boil for 10 minutes remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Pour into the prepared pan and chill until set.

4) Cut into squared and serve.
