Baked Pork Chops

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 T & 1 tsp flour
  • 2/3 C Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 T & 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 2 T white wine


Cooking time 1mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
Season chops with garlic and salt.
Dredge cops in flour then dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chops 5 min on both sides till brown.
Transfer to a baking dish. Combine soup, milk and wine.
Bake chops 1 hr then cover with soup mixture. Bake additional 5 min.
