Ingredients
- 2 # lean ground beef
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can(28 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 quart water
- 2 cups finely chopped green and red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in saucepan,drain
Brown onions and cook until soft
Add remaining ingredients,bring to boil
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour
Add grated cheese to taste
