Ingredients

  • 1/4 c light soy sauce
  • 1 T seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 # large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 c sliced mushrooms
  • 2 sm zucchini, sliced 1/2 in thick
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • Rice

Step 1


1. In small bowl, whisk soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 T oil
2. In wok, heat 1 T oil. Add shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, and scallions. Sprinkle with red pepper. Stir fry for 4 min. or until shrimp are cooked.
Add soy sauce mixture and toss. Serve with rice
