Ingredients
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 small jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until finely chopped. Transfer to a storage container. Cover and refrigerate.
This really spices up seafood, meats of all kinds, and poultry. You can make this fresh weekly and change the ingredients for more or less heat.
Optional for phase 2:
Add 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.
Optional for phase 3:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried thyme to the original recipe
and enjoy.
