Cherry Delight

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 - 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • FILLING:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (may substitute any other type)
  • Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST: Melt butter in cake pan. Sift flour over butter and press in bottom of pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.

FILLING: Mix all 3 ingredients and pour over crust. Take pie filling and spoon over mixture. Let set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Spread cool whip on top.
