Ingredients
- 1 6oz pkg long grain wild rice mix
- 1 bouillon cube
- 4 cornish hens, thawed & cleaned & giblets removed
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 1 T melted butter
- 1/4 Lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 t poultry seasoning

Step 1
Cook rice per directions, add bouillon & seasoning envelope. Saute onion, celery & mushrooms in butter. Combine rice, vegetables, poultry seasonings. Stuff hens - close cavities w/toothpick. Combine: 2 t soy sauce, 1 t paprika, 1/4 t garlic salt, dash pepper & parsley. Brush hens with sauce & baste every 15 minutes. Bake 325 1 1/4-1 1/2 hrs.
